Tickets are not guaranteed with your membership to the Phoenix Club, but access to the pre-sale is. We always do everything we can to make sure the best tickets are available to members before they go on sale to the general public. Pre-sale tickets are available on a first come, first served basis and are not guaranteed with your membership. Subject to availability and venue restrictions, we endeavor to provide the Phoenix Club first access to pre-sale tickets. Joining the Phoenix Club following the start of pre‑sales does NOT guarantee pre‑sale tickets which can sell out quickly.
To purchase pre-sale tickets, log into your account at theville.keithurban.com to retrieve your personal pre-sale passcode on your profile page. This code is unique to you and can be used to gain access to exclusive pre-sales opportunities for members of the Phoenix Club on the show’s ticketing website. We will communicate any specific instructions for individual shows that might have different pre-sale procedures.
Check out the TOUR page regularly at https://keithurban.com/pages/tour to find out when pre-sales begin for each show. Log in to get your code, and then click the "Buy Tickets" link on the TOUR page at the designated time to purchase your tickets.
